Internal Server Errors #
Internal Server Errors can occur for several reasons, such as having multiple PlanTRAK tabs open, or leaving the platform idle for extended periods before attempting actions. If you encounter this error, please try the following steps to resolve it:
- Refresh Your Page: Start by refreshing your browser page. Sometimes, a simple reload can resolve the error.
- Reduce Open Tabs: Close all but one PlanTRAK tab in your browser, then refresh the page. This helps ensure conflicting sessions aren’t competing with one another.
- Switch Browsers: If the issue persists, try accessing PlanTRAK using a different web browser. This can help determine if the problem is specific to the browser you’re using.
- Clear Browser Cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser’s cookies and cache can resolve persistent issues by removing stored data that may be causing conflicts. Here are some steps to clear browser cookies:
For Google Chrome:
-
-
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner to open the menu.
- Go to “Settings.”
- Scroll down and click on “Privacy and security.”
- Find “Cookies and other site data” and click on it.
- Click “See all cookies and site data” to see a list of all cookies.
- You can remove individual cookies or click “Remove all” to clear all cookies.
-
