Display Issues in the Open Events Table #

If the options such as Close, Edit, Documents, and Checklist buttons are not displaying on the Open Events Table, the issue may be related to your browser settings, device’s IT configuration, or company IT policies. Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: This can resolve many display issues. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies to ensure that old data isn’t affecting your current session. Steps on how to clear browser cache and cookies are shown below.
  2. Use a Different Browser or a Private Window: Sometimes, browser-specific settings can cause display issues. Try accessing the software from a different browser or open a private/incognito window to see if the problem persists.
  3. Update Your Browser: Ensure that your browser is up-to-date as older versions may not fully support all features of the software.
  4. Disable Browser Extensions: Some extensions can interfere with web applications. Temporarily disable any browser extensions to determine if they are causing a conflict.
  5. Try a Different Device: If possible, access the software from a different device to check if the issue is related to the device itself.
